The US location is close to the ocean.

Cons

A miserable place to work. Misery loves company, no pun intended. Don't be fooled by the "RF" position. The work is not that great a lot of times. Don't get scammed. Some people here are delusional and must meet good psychiatrists.

Highly professional and competent engineers. Good and friendly atmosphere with co workers. Lower management is ok

Cons

Horrible upper managment. The above causes constant stregitic business blunders. The result is a company going down the drain, the stock price collapsing, and worst of all constant massive layouts.

Base salary is quite good compared to competitors. Medical insurance (health+dental+tcm+flexible spending for family) is good.

Cons

You will not work in the leading edge technology. Management is full of elders and settled. The team sizes are very small and no major room for growth. No ESPP.
