It is growing up company. It starts up with the cable consuming product and now is extending to giant range. People inside will experience various of projects, involving different techniques, costly equipment and new market.

Cons

The company is still small. The R&D cycle is always tight and the task is sometimes heavy. people inside needs to take over multi roles.

Pros

1. Learn at a fast pace. 2. Very transparent. 3. Effort by all groups to make the products successful. First tapeout becomes a production chip, something I have never seen in other places. 4. Desire to dig out all issues and resolve all issues to make a quality product.

Cons

1. Sometimes gets difficult to meet the schedules. 2. Low on fun activities. 3. Nothing major.

Pros

Some interesting work and some good colleagues

Cons

Everything else. Extremely dictatorial and communistic environment. Before joining I didn't realize this place was nothing but a chinese government branch. They will pressure you to death, work you to death, blame you to death. Give you super low pay so they can put a ton of money in their pockets
