We appreciate a candid review from former consultants, and want to thank you for taking the time to let your opinion be heard. We do pride ourselves on offering very competitive salaries for our project based work, and there are many reasons behind it: 1. We highly value our consultants' skills, as well as the project-type of environment they are agreeing to work on. 2. Our deep experience in running projects is not naive to the fact that great flexibility and a number of skills outside of pure IT development is needed to find reward, create great products, and make it through the tough times as a team.
Not all people find such reward or value in certain moments or periods of project-based work, and we are very sorry you feel this way about our founders and the way the project on which you worked may have been run.
