      Pros

      The team is very supportive. A great place to learn and build our career. I work in the Search & Analytics team (Life Science) and i am happy about my progress so far. I could learn and improve a lot after joining MaxVal. The HR team is also very supportive and friendly, especially during this pandemic time and also conducts gathering and meets periodically. My onboarding was easy and the orientation programme followed also helped a lot. Work from home to ensure the safety.

      Cons

      Notice period is 60 Days. Sometimes, the work schedule is hectic.

      It is really good company for Freshers as well as for experience. I got wonderful people . All employees are very helpful and supportive .
