We ensure that our associates get their shifts rotated, giving them more work-life balance. Like every other fast-paced solutions company, we do face tight deadlines and look to our teams to support us. However, this is not an everyday occurance as we plan our workload. We strive to ensure that we maintain a clean and hospitable workplace. Our management team is very experienced and takes a positive approach when dealing with their teams. Hi! We respectfully disagree with your opinions stated here. In spite of minimal control on the food that gets served by the vendor, we collect feedback regularly from employees and instruct our vendors to make changes accordingly. However, our food vendors have been changed if we do not receive good quality food as per the agreement terms. As an IP company, we need to have certain security protocols that comply with industry standards for high quality. This is part and parcel of every IP company. Our salary is at par with industry standards, which is why we have been able to attract people from other global companies. The management team is very empathetic and ensure that their teams have a good work-life balance.
