Pros

None. Thinking Thinking Thinking. No pros at all.

Cons

1. Hire and Fire policy. They get project they hire people. Project over they will fire you. No notice. Will call in evening and fire. Even seniors asked to leave. No project no job policy 2. No benefits. Management change policy as per their wish. No food. Parent insurance. No cab. No work from home. 3. CEO doesn’t think, judgemental and shows off Accent and grammar. All heads are blind followers. 4. HR make false promises.

Hi there - When we hire trainees, we let them know that they would have to go through some levels of training and evaluation. If some of them fall short of our expectations, the company has to address it. Also, our team always share with candidates the benefits at the time of joining the organization and ensures that they take into account employees' thoughts while prioritizing benefits. Our management team is highly respected and skilled, with strong domain knowledge. They are the thought leaders who have molded MaxVal and will define our future trajectory.

Pros

You can gain process knowledge of different patent domains

Cons

No coordination between team and managers, worse case scenario is managers never listen what actually team is trying to tell them, even few top management in the same page, this is usual corporate culture. The main spoiler of company is the bad management. They simply hire managers without knowing their backgrounds and this is how Attrition rate goes up and people start leaving company because no one will listen to them and they are helpless.

Hi there - Thanks for your feedback. Our managers consult with the team before taking decisions, be it client deliverables or timeline for delivery. We have ensured that our hiring process is streamlined and our multiple rounds of interview helps us get the best individuals for the job. We value our tenured employees who have been a part of our growth story, as much as we embrace new associates, who give us new perspectives.
