Pros

Good work environment. Boss is understanding. Company takes care of its employees and their needs; arranged for vaccinations of employees and their families during the pandemic. HR checks in every once in a while. Employees feedback is asked for and hopefully heeded. Teams/HR organise fun events/activities online every alternate week/month. Also, 5 day work week.

Cons

Too short a time in the company to note any cons for now.

Pros

The team is very supportive. A great place to learn and build our career. I work in the Search & Analytics team (Life Science) and i am happy about my progress so far. I could learn and improve a lot after joining MaxVal. The HR team is also very supportive and friendly, especially during this pandemic time and also conducts gathering and meets periodically. My onboarding was easy and the orientation programme followed also helped a lot. Work from home to ensure the safety.

Cons

Notice period is 60 Days. Sometimes, the work schedule is hectic.
