      Pros

      Proper induction ensures that an employee's initial experience with the organization is a good one from the moment of hire through to the first several weeks on the job. Having worked in several different organizations, I'm surprised by how MaxVal attention is paid to this task. How they welcome a new employee says a lot about how the organization treats its employees. I liked the IP presentation mentioned, and it would be educating our team members about corporate Intellectual Property values, the company's history, and provide valuable information about the organization.

      Good working Environment Good Employee Benefits and Salary Packages Good Supportive Colleagues. The team members and also every person at the Organization are so Kind , Helpful and Polite Great Place to Learn about IP (Intellectual Property) Excellent Working Culture

      Pros

      Good work environment. Boss is understanding. Company takes care of its employees and their needs; arranged for vaccinations of employees and their families during the pandemic. HR checks in every once in a while. Employees feedback is asked for and hopefully heeded. Teams/HR organise fun events/activities online every alternate week/month. Also, 5 day work week.

      Too short a time in the company to note any cons for now.
