I have been working at Maxima Consulting full-time for more than 2.5 years The best thing in Maxima is about the people you build relationship with. You never feel like anyone is bossing around you and your work will be smooth sailing without any hassles. Opportunities are Many and environment is very relaxed. Good work life balance. Nice place to work and learn.

Cons

Doesnt have full fledged cafeteria.
