      Pros

      - I was able to have an excellent work/life balance - Remote work

      Cons

      -Almost no learning opportunities -No mentors -Onboarding was abysmal/not existent - Old tech stack - Terrible Diversity at the management levels - Confusion at all levels - Lack of communication from HR and Executive levels - Developer experience was quite poor (tooling, machines, hassle to get upgrades) - Lack of input on processes, needed to follow the letter of the design from architects using 10-20 year old tech - Health benefits have a $45 cap (rates for paramedical are $100 - 130 per session) so they cover <50% normally
