Amazing to work for. Having spent time working in other countries to come and work for maximus in the UK I feel really blessed to work for a company who genuinely cares about its staff.

+The staff are great, very friendly and supportive. +It’s great what they’re trying to achieve supporting people get back into work

Cons

-The office is tiny so you feel like your participants are practically sat on your knee -Unrealistic targets. One person didn’t meet their in work target for one month so that got moved to the following month - completely unfair -Break room is tiny! -You don’t have the participant through the whole journey, each team does something different -There’s no privacy for the participants either, so they’re divulging a lot of information and getting quite emotional for everyone to hear
