An organisation with a great work life balance. There is some flexibility for Employment Advisers to work from home one day per week despite the position being to deliver a face-to-face service. Our targets are to support members of the local community into sustainable employment which is both challenging and rewarding in equal measure, two factors I believe make a good job. The office is filled with caring and supportive staff, dedicated to helping others. We even celebrate our involvement in the community by two volunteer days each year that would have otherwise been spent in the office.
