Pros

The company is committed to promoting from within. The company is operating on the base of projects that means that opportunity come up pretty often - if you are willing to relocate

Cons

Very little training support after a promotion, projects generally have a chaotic dynamic to it. In general the staff is underpaid and overpaid for the the work they are doing. As you get higher in the chain of command the opportunities for promotion dwindle

Pros

The pay was really good for me at the time (4 years ago). I liked that we had the option to have McAlister's for lunch since the location of the building was so remote. (Have no idea if they still cater today). We did not have to share desks/work spaces like other call centers that I know. At Maximus they had separate computer rooms that the employees could use at break or lunch for personal use if so desired. There was also a room that we (employees) could use to rest/lie down in if we weren't feeling well. The trainers made learning fun. Everyone on the floor was great.

Cons

I worked there 4 years ago so it is really difficult for me remember the challenges. I know there were some, there are with any job. It was actually my favorite job and I wish I didn't have to relocate.
