      Operations administrator worst job I have ever had

      The only pro is getting federal holidays off

      It seems like not one person knows what is going on. Things change on a daily basis and they expect you to make these insane quotas, they are not about their employees they are about the numbers. The turnover is the worst I have ever seen. Forget going to HR with a problem either because they will not help you. My manager is probably the worst, I don't think anything that gets said is ever the truth. They will write you up for nothing. This place is a joke, I can't wait to get out of here.
