Maximus seems to care about their employees as a whole. They have programs setup to help employees advance and regularly asking feedback on how they can do better. They also seems to have a lot of perks.

Cons

The feel they could pay more. ESs have a lot of multi tasking and information that must be processed. They must also retain lot of information from policy and procedures to do the job. They expect you to answer the phones and precisely enter and interpret data in a short period of time. Pay should be $21 min. They should also go through and explain benefits and show where to access them during on boarding.
