      Maxonic is an outstanding company to work for. Key highlights: 1) Ample opportunities to learn and grow professionally. 2) The company is invested in implementing new tools and technologies to keep up with the market trends. 3) They CARE. They value and respect everyone from clients to employees to candidates. 4)Great work culture. They host events and happy hours all year round. Celebration is big in the company. Very inclusive work environment.

      Pros

      This is the best company I have ever worked for and I think the leadership really does care about the employees. Manager treat you well on what you good at. And the company culture is very friendly. Great place to have a good work life balance. Company HR Admin does fun and interesting things such as having a large celebration once a month for all employees with birthdays that month.
