So glad you love to work with this population! In your role, you're seeing the importance of the work first-hand, as well as the ongoing training needs. We're hopeful that some recent new hires will allow the training team to expand its reach and impact. Thanks for what you do!

Pros

great benefits , lots of time off. Lots of room for promotion if you plan to stick in the ABA field

Cons

dead end if you have no desire to pursue ABA degrees, you will get burnt out easily.

Hi, and thanks for reviewing. We're glad you think the benefits are great. And we agree that there are many opportunities for promotion for staff interested in Applied Behavior Analysis, especially in our schools. For staff who are interested in staying at May and advancing their careers but who are not interested in a degree in ABA, there are other options in multiple program areas and within corporate teams. We encourage those employees to talk to their supervisors and to HR to see what opportunities might be available!
