Pros

Experience in ABA, tuition reimbursement, benefits, great culture/coworkers.

Cons

The pay is terrible compared to public schools and it is nearly impossible to enter data/plan/write IEP's, etc AND teach students/manage behaviors. I felt we were frequently under staffed.

Pros

I am constantly amazed by the patience, devotion and passion that our employees show to the individuals they serve.

Cons

Sometimes in a non-profit setting there are challenges with salaries and other resources so we need to find creative ways to ensure that everyone feels valued.
