Pros

There are no pros for this organization. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Cons

Senior leadership are clueless and entitled; blinded by those who are stealing from them and desperate to climb the corporate ladder. Pay is low; leadership is heartless; I would never go back there!! I even tried to help them understand the problems but they just ignore everything.
