      Pros

      As someone who's been in different special education places for years, it's nice to know that everyone is in the same boat, no one is an island.

      Cons

      ABA isn't the end all be all. It seems that if you don't have a BCBA you don't know anything, even if you have a masters in special education and over 10 years experience.
