Pros

The students and the direct care staff

Cons

Corporate and senior administration members exude condescension toward anyone perceived as less educated. When in reality the majority of PhDs and Master degree level employees have little experience outside of the classroom. There is a culture of fear exacerbated by the fact that every few years a new slew of admin are brought in and try to "fix" something that never worked very well to begin with. The wrong people always get blamed for things.
