Pros

There are a lot of great staff who are motivated and try hard

Cons

Leadership is not transparent and people are in positions that they don't have the skills to be in. Leadership is afraid to take risks and in this field, you can't avoid risks if you want to be good. Money seems to drive decisions instead of offering the best care we can.
