Pros

Flexibility!!, great for students, parents or anyone with a busy schedule. Learn a lot working in home and directly with families in their environments. Program Director is very supportive and knowledgeable - excellent resource for questions, comments, concerns.

Cons

fee-for -services structure, you are completely dependent on families not cancelling for you to make hours, keep benefits and a steady income
