      Pros

      I have been warmly welcomed ever since the final interview. My work is challenging, but not overbearing. They constantly tell me that if my personal life needs 30 minutes, take the time and no docked pay. The work has deadlines, but they are flexible. I can’t get over this nonprofit. They pay a decent nonprofit salary and I will get benefits in 1 month.
