Pros

Great schedule, great supervisors, great coworkers. I worked for the May Institute specifically the Brain Injury program for over 10 years and I learned so much. I have yet to find another company that meets the May's standards. I can't say enough good things about the May!

Cons

No room for growth because employees don't leave unfortunately.

Pros

The main reason to be there is to support the students and their families

Cons

It can be really hard work because many students have challenging behaviors. Communication across a large team is challenging but everyone works hard at it.
