Pros

Flexibility in creating your own schedule, your work is truly appreciated in working with children and families directly

Cons

No such thing as full time position, too much driving for not much reward at all and also must track if you do want to be reimbursed

Friendly and warm onboarding vibes.

Cons

Lack of direct communication regarding several things could be due to the process of getting things off the ground in the area.
