Pros

Opportunities for learning are awesome. Tuition reimbursement has allowed me to continue my education and advance my career. Compensation packages are reasonable.

Cons

Parking is an issue! We live in a cornfield and have to ride a bus from a Wal-Mart parking lot! Communication in such a large institution is sometimes marginal and recognition is limited.
