      Look, you're a government contractor... but this company really wants to figure out how to retain its talent. Very communicative CEO. I commend their effort

      I honestly have nothing bad to say to these folks. They have been unlike anything I've seen in my many years as an independent contractor and employee.

      The CEO has an open dialogue with all of her employees. Management encourages new ideas, inspires employees to become better in their jobs and personal lives and helps pay for this betterment. Your personal life and family are as important to the company as the work the expect from the experts they employee. Any professional would be happy to work and thrive in the environment that is Mayvin. The vision at Mayvin is simple – To deliver operational excellence globally while demonstrating leadership, knowledge, and integrity.

      As a remote employee I wish I had more interaction in the office in Virginia, it truly sounds like a fun place to be.

      Mayvin attracts a diverse workforce and proactively strives to give a voice to everyone, including its Gen Z employees, which I think is really important. The company promotes growth with attractive training and education benefits. Soon they will add student loan repayments. The leadership consistently encourages the employees to take advantage of this free money, The culture is inclusive and cooperative. Mayvin is growing fast and always looking for highly qualified Mayvinites to join.
