As a larger organization we are driven by process. Our processes drives great results but can take sometime to get use to. Our client-focused approach pushes us to be there when our clients need us. Those needs can sometimes be difficult to maintain with a good work-life balance. The good news is, your efforts are rewarded in the employee ownership structure at McCarthy.
