Decent pay I suppose depending on title. I can not think of many pros for this company. Maybe if one was a superintendent it might be better.

Cons

Modern day slavery. Long hours 65+ a week, 10+ hr days with one 30 min break that is really only 15 min. There is no moving up within the company. They work the hell out of you and when the job is over they fire you. Upper management has no clue what they are doing. They micro manage like you wouldn't believe. You will have 4 different people telling you how to do one task 4 different ways. When it's completed you have failed because each of them is upset that you didn't do the task how they required. Communication between management is horrendous.

Good Culture, Good upper management. ESOP program is the headliner of an overall strong benefit package.

Cons

Work culture, as in the nature of construction, long hours are to be expected without incentive. Base salary is not the highest, uses ESOP as a justification for below average pay and bonus.
