      Great work environment, great people to learn from, interesting projects, can't beat having an ESOP, great perks once you reach your first promotion

      Cons

      Be prepared to work long hours, be challenged, be held accountable for your and others actions, little perks for professionals just starting in their careers

      Pros

      Hard work however everyone was kept abreast regarding the tasks at hand with JSA and tool-box talk, regardless of position. Foreman and safety managers kept everyone safe and observed progress without micromanaging. We were able to work without having someone on our backs all the time. We were given incentives for being safe and operating efficiently.

      Cons

      None for this position besides working in harsh climate and environments. Since this is a construction job, there are always hazards and threats to our safety, but the safety managers and old hands kept us in line without treating us like children. It was a a learning experience the entire time I worked there.

      Pros

      Love the culture, the people are friendly and eager to help you do well, I feel appreciated for my efforts and heard if I have any issues, I feel like I am on a career path for the rest of my working life and will have a healthy retirement when I leave, I always feel challenged in my role and supported while I rise to the challenge. They also respect that I am a working mom and do their best to be flexible with my schedule when possible. I am treated as an adult.

      Cons

      huge workload. Most of the training is done through their online training system which is not my natural learning style, that said, they have provided great alternatives once I let my manager know my needs.
