Cons

Not perfect for everyone, you have to be willing to work hard for the benefits you receive. If you are looking for an 8-5 this is not the right company for you.

Pre 2010 the company was fantastic, I never thought I would leave. We socialized, had a softball team and truly enjoyed working and hanging out. We were a team no matter how bad a job was going.

Cons

Post 2010 something got in the water...inexperienced new guys get promoted over trained employees. No one hangs out, jobs so spread out = no softball. Mgmt would work you to death to save a buck rather than hire help, then wonder why the jobs loose money.
