      Great company with awesome culture, but has its flaws...

      Pros

      Great company culture, exposure to some amazing projects, project teams are fantastic, camaraderie with your team, great resources and onboarding to ensure you learn to do your job well. ESOP and bonuses are great.. if you stick it out long enough.

      Cons

      Pay is not as competitive as other GC's, you can be relatively underpaid as they rely too heavily on preaching about the ESOP (which takes you 5 years to even be fully vested). Can be very political and leadership kinda plays favorites, some people who dont deserve it get promoted quick and others who do deserve it never get promoted. Long work hours and depending on the jobsite it can be pretty high-stress (but thats just construction for ya).

      Employee owned. Great people to be working with.

      Cons

      They really sell you on the their ESOP. Which is good but you will be getting paid less compared to competitors. Very corporate now. Leadership is very inconsistent with their messaging. Breaking promises, pointing fingers, etc. Many processes aren’t streamlined.
