      Pros

      The team I directly work with is great. Opportunities to wear different hats. Seems like opportunities to move up if only they acted on it.

      Cons

      Many hats does not equal more pay. They Upper management (President/Operations level) definitely doesn't know what everyone does. They do not care about certain subgroups of the company.

      Great team, great people supporting us, they are always willing to help, they help even more than in our own region.

      Cons

      - The "Danaher way" are a little strange for those who are outside USA due the company has is own great culture and methods. - Base salaries of associates from regions outside US are lower than people with the same position in US, or even lower than other less qualified positions.
