Pros

Great organization that values human differences and fosters a flexible work/life balance.

Cons

Middle management in IT are baby-boomers whom are set in their ways making advancement and the opportunity to foster a creative and innovative environment nearly impossible!!!

Pros

A decent part time job if you can not find a better place to work. Cashiers and drive-thru workers have lighter burdens to carry.

Cons

Everything about the work environment, especially in the grill area: Loud beepers, ungrateful managers, horrible hours, no tips.

Pros

Very flexible scheduling, free food during breaks, opportunities for advancement to management positions for those interested.

Cons

Part-time workers have little support, as they are replaceable; lack of consistent schedules for many; when understaffing occurs, which is somewhat often to lower costs, employees are overworked.
