high rate of change, CEO working to disrupt failure to deliver tech projects

Cons

All IT projects are late, no rigor around tracking finance or objective metrics of projects, 'old boy network'

-Free meal at the end of the shift -Easy to get hired

Cons

Low pay - paid minimum wage, not a cent above it. Lack of training - I did not receive any formal training on how to make certain drinks or desserts. Instead I was instructed to watch a general training video that didn't teach me what was relevant to performing my job Customers can be rude - it's McDonald's. Disorganized Seemed like high turnover
