Pros

Overall i am very satisfied with McDonalds systems. A great management staff facilitates a productive work environment in which researchers work hand and hand with project developers to fine tune projects to suit the changing needs of a diversifying marketplace.

Cons

The nature of the work that McDonalds specializes in is intrinsically stressful for employees. This weight is difficult to bear. Meeting deadlines and maintaining a healthy social and family life is difficult. I find myself working odd hours and sometimes weekend to meet demands.
