Pros

The only pro is that you get one free meal during work days.

Cons

It's like working with a bunch of high schoolers, even though most of these people are no longer in high school and a few hve been here a good twenty years. The management is awful. It seems as though they just hire people off the streets. All they do is stand around gossiping. I hve been yelled at by customers because the managment was to busy gossiping in the back to come up front for a promo order, which you can't do by yourself. I've have been forced to work a rush a few time by myself, including taking the orders, making the coffee/oatmeal, serving the orders off and making drinks and then told off for not doing a good enough job. They are chock full lies and never do what they say they are going to do. The only reason I stay is because I have bills to pay.
