Pros

Good camaraderie, really had some good friends. Good solid job, quite easy work most of the time, enjoyed knowing what I'd be doing each day. I enjoyed the area I was in and the hours were fine for me - you know when you'll be needed and you can usually work around that. The leadership was good in my store but I know it can vary from store to store. There was respect amongst colleagues but they were my friends so you hope so!! Morale was not always the best but it got better on Fridays!

Cons

Cleaning aspects, and dealing with difficult customers. Once or twice a day usually there was a customer who clearly looked down on the work you were doing but most of the time they were fine I guess.

Pros

good first step towards employement, you are put in alot of different environments and learn to deal with volumes of ppl coming thru the doors and ensuring how to take care of them really well individually as well as ensurign you meet your goals set out by managers. Turnover is high so tons of oppurtunity to move up but do not do it as an expense to your school work bc some managers will force upon you that you should drop out of school n become a manager and make money. Its not worth it in the long run and ppl need to be aware of such things

Cons

people not showing up to work

Pros

-Flexible hours- unlike some other places I hear of, you don't work really long hours -Employee discounts -Job experience -Easy to get hired- they're always hiring, mainly - good/ okay entry level job for students- this is important when you can't get a job anywhere else, as this doesn't require too many special skills

Cons

-the fast food industry is kind of stressful- you have to be *fast* -the overall environment of food -minimum wage pay -Not a long term job. Working part-time is okay, but this isn't a viable long-term job to support yourself on.
