I worked for McGovern Automotive Group's first grand opening in Newton, MA as a teenager. When I left my next place of business I swore I would *Never go back to another dealership*...I soon found out coming back to McGovern Automotive Group would be the best thing to happen to me professionally. I work for the HR team with little to no experience for the position. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity I have been given and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for me here. I assist in the hiring process for candidates. The hardest part of the job would probably be just making sure there is always an open line of communication from the staff to us in HR but we are able to manage 30+ stores with more ease than one could imagine. As we continue to grow in numbers we continue to grow in patience and ease for the processes we have brought into place to help our small headquarters keep track of the high volume we have. The most enjoyable part of the job is opening new dealerships and going to meet the new hires face to face so that everyone is more comfortable when it comes time to people needing to reach out!
