Pros

Used to be a great place to work. Company really cared about their employees and you felt like family. They used to ask for opinions good and bad to get a realistic picture of reality in the field.

Cons

To many changes over the past 3 years that were not thought out enough and they were not willing to learn as you go and tweek the changes so results could be more positive. Don't get me wrong some of the changes were good and did have positive results. I don't feel they value employees opinions anymore or care about he well being of their employees.

Good money for the amount of work. Plenty of hours and overtime. The owners are great people who help anyone in need with donations of little Debbie's. Like gatlinburg tn.

Cons

Some departments are on mandatory 6 days a week. Benefits are slowly going downhill
