True 9 to 5 job with amazing benefits, clear expectations, and fair pay. I am absolutely thrilled to be an employee.

Cons

The company is huge so sometimes it is hard to find the right connection to execute projects. The process can be overwhelming.

Pros

Lots of resources and very deep pockets. Many areas of business and locations to choose from.

Cons

Deep pockets, but very short arms! The place is certainly run like you might think a VERY BIG company is run. Decision making is almost all at the upper levels even though they often tout the importance of "empowering" broad participation. It's all about the numbers.
