Pros

Good pay and Friendly people Upbeat attitude

Cons

Disorganized, many times they didn't know what was going on. We sat around more often than not waiting to hear what we were going to do that day.

Pros

Used to be a good company to work for

Cons

In EIS the company has brought in Horizon employees into the Paragon environment and used them to drag the Paragon Product down - they don't know the product but they are making the decisions and doing the analysis which has to be constantly revamped The Agile system is not working and is just a disguise to fool customers into thinking that they are trying to better things. Emploiyee moral is at a 20 year low and management does not care

Pros

Work from home policy was excellent.

Cons

Most employees have been there for years and have little or no experience outside of McKesson. Close minded culture with an undercurrent of fear. Extremely hierarchical. Many people have been in their same jobs for a long time. Senior leaders have little "conversation" with the greater employee base. Benefits are not as great they pretend they are.
