Pros

Very stable and well funded industry where the margins are not big. However, healthcare is not going anywhere, it weathers the financial economy downturn very well.

Cons

The flip side is there isn't much growth or innovative growth is difficult due to many many regulations.

Pros

Supportive, Good opportunities,Good Raises. Company has excellent management and provided equpment needed when requested. This nurse was sent to another state three times to train them how the Community Based Nurse position was performed in Oregon. Nurse was provided with transportation that included GPS, lodging in a suites hotel, and reimbursed for all meals. Great company to work for!!

Pros

The location is great to work at commute wonderful. The woodlands is beautiful and the builiding is located near mall and many places to eat. The company is active in the community and does encourage their employees to participate often in supporting several non-profits. Gym in the building.

Cons

HR process is lagging and a bit slow to complete hiring process not to mention the wait period for benefits. The insurance does leave one wanting as they have a point system that determines your deductibles and monthly rate. The healthier and more health conscience you are the cheaper your rate is.
