Pros
There are a lot of good people in this organization. There is flexibility with work hours and work from home. Some of the non-performing leaders have finally been held accountable over last couple of years. Good opportunities for education and learning.
Cons
This company's product strategy is in major upheaval and it is not clear how this will evolve. Most products are not as competitive as they should be. Overall atmosphere in the office is depressing at this point. People are unsure that the changes made will really lead anywhere.
