If you receive the support you can make your mark, and make a difference. Recognition received for success. Flexible employer (although thats a standard in modern workplace). Good people.
Cons
Poor systems, convoluted structure and has a leadership that wants to catchup so quickly with change not undertaken in 5-10 years, that teams work excessively hard with no consideration of Mental impact on pushing so many requests down the chain. Org structural changes like nothing i've ever seen.
