      Clickish would be the word I would use for most groups. I have been at McKesson for 5 years now and am just now being recognized for my skills, experience and qualifications while others considered low performers have been promoted,

      Interesting and rewarding work, Work at Home Opportunities, Excellent co-workers, changing environment, training opportunities. Growing company with a lot of opportunities.

      Cons

      Lack of resources on some projects. Too many projects per project manager. Lately projects have been taking a lot of hours to finish.

      If you don't like management, just wait a bit, it's always changing and there will be another next "great" idea.
