Pros

Salaries are below average, but bonuses can be good if you qualify for one. Work from home policy is good.

Cons

Inept middle and senior management. Advancement is often based on time with the company, not merit. Extremely political - must 'play the game' to do well here.

Pros

Great benefits package. Good flexibility (schedule) Good work life balance for family. Pay is ok but could be a bit more competitive.

Cons

If you are a man, you will have a tough time advancing. In current department, there are no men in leadership. Department is run by women and there are a few token males (less than 10) but forget trying to get ahead. I have watched them promote people who have been with the company less time than I have been (one of them I trained!) Pay needs to be more competitive with the high cost of living in this area.
