      They definitely don't like to give raises. You need to move to another division to get a raise.

      Pros

      Company as a whole - the people are enthusiastic and care about the products and services. Great corporate culture, very nice people to work with, good opportunities for professional growth.

      Cons

      All these cons pertain to the senior management in the specific department I worked at - Not very responsive to work/life balance commitment, poor leadership, horrible communication and no support from leadership in moments of crisis for the team.

      -Decent Pay -Management Bonuses -Sometimes you get to work on cool projects -If you do a good job, management usually leaves you alone

      Cons

      -Impossible to move up -No career path for technical (non-management) people -Management doesn't listen to you very well -Senior/Executive management has NO mid/long term plan. No steady direction. You have no idea what you'll be working on the next 1/2 of the year -Yearly project planning is a joke, they give you like 1/2 hour to try and plan it out an NEVER follow up on anything. Nobody does any resource or project dependency planning. -Just to drive the point home, because maybe somebody is listening - NO CAREER PATH FOR TECHNICAL (NON-MANAGEMENT) PEOPLE
