      The workers are good people. Medium to below salary range for some positions, decent benefits, good medical, okay 401k, making good strides to update technology, PCs, systems, servers, networks, data centers to get current

      Cons

      Too many projects, too many aggressive time frames to complete the projects. Makes achieving goals extremely hard / impossible and unrealistic. Will not hire appropiate man power to do the work nor reschedule project deadlines to complete projects within semi normal work schedule. Some divisions make people work 65+ hours/week, then tries to make that the standard work week.

      Huge staff with numerous locations, many clients, very long history in business, good industry, vast array of products

      Cons

      Overly bureaucratic, lack of clarity in processes and knowledge distribution, poor communication tools, many silos of information, awful training on products, slow to fix productivity blockers
